The population will be recruited from both outpatient and inpatient settings within the rehabilitation department of National Taiwan University Hospital. Patients must be conscious and able to follow instructions, ensuring accurate participation in both ultrasonography and fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES).
