procedures and use of data Having given written informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nChronic disease, for example:\n\n* Diabetes mellitus / being treated for high blood glucose\n* Severe cardiovascular disease (exception: hypertension)\n* Hepatic disease (e.g. hepatitis)\n* Renal disease\n* Cancer\n* Bowel disease (e.g. inflammatory bowel disease, ulcers, bleeding)\n* Pancreatitis\n\nHistory of medical or surgical events that may affect GI function, and the study outcomes or disease risk for participants, for example:\n\n* Bariatric surgery\n* Gastrointestinal
