The research methods described will allow the study team to develop the ability to estimate the motion of both tumor target and critical organs given the patient's MRI, CBCT or x-ray fluoroscopy images on the day of radiation treatment."}, 'eligibilityModule': {'sex': 'ALL', 'stdAges': ['ADULT', 'OLDER_ADULT'], 'minimumAge': '18 Years', 'healthyVolunteers': True, 'eligibilityCriteria': 'Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* No contraindications for MRI (e.g., unsafe MRI implanted devices, shrapnel, history of metal fragments in eyes, neurostimulators, body habitus, claustrophobia).\n* May have pre-existing medical conditions provided they are capable of completing the exam and their condition is not expected to affect the physical tissue properties of the organs that will be imaged.\n* Women of child-bearing potential must verbally confirm lack of pregnancy prior to signing consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* None'}, 'identificationModule': {'nctId': 'NCT05674851', 'briefTitle': 'Modeling Organ Motion During Abdominal Imaging in Healthy Volunteers', 'organization': {'class': 'OTHER', 'fullName': 'Duke University'}, 'officialTitle': 'Study and Modeling of Organ Motion During Abdominal Imaging', 'orgStudyIdInfo': {'id': 'Pro00111970'}}, 'armsInterventionsModule': {'armGroups': [{'type': 'EXPERIMENTAL', 'label': 'Healthy Volunteer MRI', 'interventionNames': ['Other: MRI']}], 'interventions': [{'name': 'MRI', 'type': 'OTHER', 'description': 'collection of MRI scans for mathematical model development', 'armGroupLabels': ['Healthy Volunteer MRI']}]}, 'contactsLocationsModule': {'locations': [{'zip': '27710', 'city': 'Durham', 'state': 'North Carolina', 'country': 'United States', 'facility': 'Duke University Medical Center', 'geoPoint': {'lat': 35.99403, 'lon': -78.89862}}], 'overallOfficials': [{'name': 'John Ginn, PhD', 'role': 'PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR', 'affiliation': 'Duke University Health System (DUHS)'}, {'name': 'Deshan Yang, PhD', 'role': 'PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR', 'affiliation': 'Duke University Health System (DUHS)'}]}, 'ipdSharingStatementModule': {'ipdSharing': 'NO'}, 'sponsorCollaboratorsModule': {'leadSponsor': {'name': 'Duke University', 'class': 'OTHER'}, 'responsibleParty': {'type': 'SPONSOR'}}}}
