The study is planned at 11service delivery points (primary health clinics) in Punjab province where consenting women will be asked to take a baseline test at the clinic the morning they present for the MR procedure. Women will be asked to complete a second test at home the morning of their scheduled follow up visit and return to the clinic for follow-up care later that day. The results of the at home test will be compared to the baseline to determine the outcome of the MR. This is of particular importance because to-date no research has documented the accuracy of the test in detecting MR outcomes with misoprostol only regimens.\n\nWe hypothesize that women and providers will find the test easy and acceptable to use thereby improving follow up and simplifying MR service provision. In addition, the simple pictorial instructions will enable most women to use the test and interpret the results correctly on their own.'}, 'eligibilityModule': {'sex': 'FEMALE', 'stdAges': ['CHILD', 'ADULT', 'OLDER_ADULT'], 'healthyVolunteers': True, 'eligibilityCriteria': 'Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Eligible for medical menstrual regulation services according to clinic guidelines\n* Willing to follow instructions and use the SQPT at home\n* Agrees to return for a follow-up visit 7 days after receipt of misoprostol for the MR procedure\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Not eligible for medical menstrual regulation services according to clinic guidelines\n* Not willing to follow instructions and use the SQPT at home\n* Does not agree to return for a follow-up visit 7 days after receipt of misoprostol for the MR procedure'}, 'identificationModule': {'nctId': 'NCT01954069', 'briefTitle': 'Exploring the Role of At-home Semi-quantitative Pregnancy Tests for Follow-up to Menstrual Regulation Service', 'organization': {'class': 'OTHER', 'fullName': 'Gynuity Health Projects'}, 'officialTitle': 'Simplifying Menstrual Regulation (MR): Exploring the Role of At-home Semi-quantitative Pregnancy Tests for Follow-up to Menstrual Regulation Service Provision in Pakistan', 'orgStudyIdInfo': {'id': '6005'}}, 'armsInterventionsModule': {'armGroups': [{'type': 'OTHER', 'label': 'Semi-quantitative pregnancy test', 'description': 'Semi-quantitative urine pregnancy test (SQPT) (dBest One Step hCG Panel Test Kit)', 'interventionNames': ['Device: Semi-quantitative pregnancy test']}], 'interventions': [{'name': 'Semi-quantitative pregnancy test', 'type': 'DEVICE', 'otherNames': ['semi-quantitative urine pregnancy test (SQPT) (dBest One Step hCG Panel Test Kit)'], 'armGroupLabels': ['Semi-quantitative pregnancy test']}]}, 'contactsLocationsModule': {'locations': [{'city': 'Bhagwal', 'state': 'Chakwal', 'country': 'Pakistan', 'facility': 'Bhagwal Service Delivery Clinic', 'geoPoint': {'lat': 32.82111, 'lon': 73.95528}}, {'city': 'Chakumra', 'state': 'Chakwal', 'country': 'Pakistan', 'facility': 'Chakumra Service Delivery Clinic'}, {'city': 'Karrila', 'state': 'Chakwal', 'country': 'Pakistan', 'facility': 'Karrila Service Delivery Clinic'}, {'city': 'Khanpur', 'state': 'Chakwal', 'country': 'Pakistan', 'facility': 'Khanpur Service Delivery Clinic', 'geoPoint': {'lat': 28.64739, 'lon': 70.65694}}, {'city': 'Faisalabad', 'state': 'Faisalabad', 'country': 'Pakistan', 'facility': 'Chak 128 GB Service Delivery Clinic', 'geoPoint': {'lat': 31.41554, 'lon': 73.08969}}, {'city': 'BagaSher', 'state': 'Muzaffargarh', 'country': 'Pakistan', 'facility': 'BagaSher Service Delivery Clinic'}, {'city': 'Dasrat Colony', 'state': 'Muzaffargarh', 'country': 'Pakistan', 'facility': 'Dasrat Colony Service Delivery Clinic'}, {'city': 'Fazal Nagal', 'state': 'Muzaffargarh', 'country': 'Pakistan', 'facility': 'Fazal Nagal Service Delivery Clinic'}, {'city': 'TibbiAryain', 'state': 'Muzaffargarh', 'country': 'Pakistan', 'facility': 'TibbiAryain Service Delivery Clinic'}, {'city': 'Bahari Colony', 'state': 'Rawalpindi', 'country': 'Pakistan', 'facility': 'Bahari Colony Service Delivery Clinic', 'geoPoint': {'lat': 30.55707, 'lon': 72.16325}}, {'city': 'DhokeHasso', 'state': 'Rawalpindi', 'country': 'Pakistan', 'facility': 'DhokeHasso Service Delivery Clinic'}], 'overallOfficials': [{'name': 'Jennifer Blum, MPH', 'role': 'PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR', 'affiliation': 'Gynuity Health Projects'}, {'name': 'Beverly Winikoff, MD, MPH', 'role': 'PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR', 'affiliation': 'Gynuity Health Projects'}, {'name': 'Asifa Khanum, MPhil, MSc', 'role': 'PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR', 'affiliation': 'Rahnuma FPAP'}, {'name': 'Anjum Rizvi, MBBS, MHA', 'role': 'PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR', 'affiliation': 'Rahnuma FPAP'}, {'name': 'Dina Abbas, MPH', 'role': 'PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR', 'affiliation': 'Gynuity Health Projects'}]}, 'sponsorCollaboratorsModule': {'leadSponsor': {'name': 'Gynuity Health Projects', 'class': 'OTHER'}, 'responsibleParty': {'type': 'SPONSOR'}}}}
