Subject is able to provide voluntary, written informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age less than 18 year old\n* Allergy to lignocaine or corticosteroid\n* Trigger finger with Green classification grade III or IV\n* Previous surgery on the affected finger\n* Any wound, neurovascular injury, or skin disease at injection site\n* Concomitant ipsilateral fingers/wrist/forearm/arm
