5 years (excluding effectively treated non-melanotic skin cancer).\n* Hypersensitivity to latex.\n* History of Type I hypersensitivity reactions to any beta-lactam antibiotics (penicillin, aminopenicillins, cephalosporins and carbapenems).\n* Any acute or chronic, clinically significant disease, as determined by physical examination, laboratory screening tests, subject personal report
