Baricitinib (Olumiant®) is an oral, targeted synthetic DMARD that inhibits JAK1 and JAK2, which are implicated in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Nerve conduction studies (NCSs) are an essential tool in the evaluation of the peripheral nervous system.
