Vonoprazan Fumarate will be administered daily starting on the day of transplantation and continuing for seven days post-surgery. The primary endpoint is DGF incidence, while secondary endpoints include kidney function recovery, serum creatinine reduction, estimated glomerular filtration rate, and safety assessments.
