Physical activity includes 'activities of daily living, physical exercise and sporting activities'.\n\nThe scientific community is agreed in recognising the benefits of physical activity, both in healthy individuals and in those suffering from chronic diseases.\n\nWith this in mind, the law of 2 March 2022 allows doctors to prescribe Adapted Physical Activity.\n\nIn the case of chronic renal failure, there are a number of factors that can limit physical activity in haemodialysis patients, such as anaemia, nutritional status and post-dialysis fatigue.\n\nHowever, the risks associated with a sedentary lifestyle play a role in the development of chronic disease, in particular hypertension and diabetes. The benefits of physical activity have been widely identified in chronic renal failure, particularly in terms of cardiovascular and muscular function.\n\nMore generally, physical activity has a positive impact on physical, psychological and social quality of life (increase in overall quality of life score, improved sleep, reduced pain, etc.).\n\nPhysical activity should therefore be encouraged in patients with chronic renal failure, whether on dialysis or not, whatever their age.\n\nThe aim of this study is to assess whether individualised support (from an advanced practice nurse and an adapted physical activity teacher) improves the practice of physical activity at home in patients who have been on haemodialysis for less than a year, and whether this improvement is sustainable over time."}, 'eligibilityModule': {'sex': 'ALL', 'stdAges': ['ADULT', 'OLDER_ADULT'], 'minimumAge': '18 Years', 'healthyVolunteers': False, 'eligibilityCriteria': 'Pre-Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patient over 18 years of age\n* Patient who has been receiving haemodialysis for less than a year\n* Patient with medical prescription for physical activity\n* Patient able to understand the protocol and having given consent to participate in the research,\n* Patient affiliated to the social security system or entitled beneficiary\n\nInclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patient with physical activity considered low or moderate according to the IPAQ questionnaire\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients with medical contraindications to adapted physical activity\n* Patients with a lower limb amputation\n* Patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis\n* Patient with a peritoneal dialysis project\n* Patient participating in another clinical research protocol with an impact on the research objectives\n* Patient already randomised in the study\n* Patient who is pregnant, parturient, breastfeeding or able to procreate without effective contraception at the time of inclusion\\*.\n* Patients under guardianship, curatorship or deprived of liberty\n* Patient under activated future protection mandate\n* Patient under family habilitation\n* Patient under court protection'}, 'identificationModule': {'nctId': 'NCT06981832', 'acronym': 'HE-MOVE', 'briefTitle': 'Physical Activity for Haemodialysis Patients: Evaluation of Personalised Support by an Adapted Physical Activity Teacher and an Advanced Practice Nurse', 'organization': {'class': 'OTHER', 'fullName': 'Centre Hospitalier Departemental Vendee'}, 'officialTitle': 'Physical Activity for Haemodialysis Patients: Evaluation of Personalised Support by an Adapted Physical Activity Teacher and an Advanced Practice Nurse', 'orgStudyIdInfo': {'id': 'CHD25_0004'}}, 'armsInterventionsModule': {'armGroups': [{'type': 'EXPERIMENTAL', 'label': 'Personalised support (advanced practice nurse and adapted physical activity teacher)', 'interventionNames': ['Behavioral: Personalised support (advanced practice nurse and adapted physical activity teacher)']}, {'type': 'ACTIVE_COMPARATOR', 'label': 'Standard support (advanced practice nurse)', 'interventionNames': ['Behavioral: Standard support (advanced practice nurse)']}], 'interventions': [{'name': 'Personalised support (advanced practice nurse and adapted physical activity teacher)', 'type': 'BEHAVIORAL', 'description': 'Personalised support (advanced practice nurse and adapted physical activity teacher)', 'armGroupLabels': ['Personalised support (advanced practice nurse and adapted physical activity teacher)']}, {'name': 'Standard support (advanced practice nurse)', 'type': 'BEHAVIORAL', 'description': 'Standard support (advanced practice nurse)', 'armGroupLabels': ['Standard support (advanced practice nurse)']}]}, 'contactsLocationsModule': {'locations': [{'zip': '85925', 'city': 'La Roche-sur-Yon', 'status': 'RECRUITING', 'country': 'France', 'contacts': [{'name': 'Emilie VINCENT', 'role': 'PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR'}], 'facility': 'Centre Hospitalier Departemental Vendée', 'geoPoint': {'lat': 46.66974, 'lon': -1.42757}}], 'centralContacts': [{'name': 'Chloé MOREAU', 'role': 'CONTACT', 'email': 'chloe.moreau@ght85.fr', 'phone': '0251446327'}], 'overallOfficials': [{'name': 'Emilie VINCENT', 'role': 'PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR', 'affiliation': 'Centre H'}]}, 'ipdSharingStatementModule': {'ipdSharing': 'NO'}, 'sponsorCollaboratorsModule': {'leadSponsor': {'name': 'Centre Hospitalier Departemental Vendee', 'class': 'OTHER'}, 'responsibleParty': {'type': 'SPONSOR'}}}}
