In this trial pain and sensitivity will be assessed during a 72 hours follow up period. Community sample from university.', 'healthyVolunteers': True, 'eligibilityCriteria': 'Inclusion Criteria:\n\nThe latent MTrP diagnosis was based upon the following criteria:10\n\n1. presence of a palpable taut band in the muscle\n2. presence of a hypersensitive tender spot in the taut band\n3. palpable or visible local twitch response with snapping palpation of the tout band\n4. referred pain elicitation in response to compression.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. presence of coagulation disorders\n2. neck or facial pain\n3. previous application of a dry needling technique\n4.
