Able to fully understand and follow instructions related to walking, sitting, and balance.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent\n2. High risk of falls due to severe visual impairment or dizziness\n3. Communication difficulties due to speech, language, or hearing problems\n4. Inability to walk independently without assistive devices\n5.
