Participants will be selected from adolescents between the ages of 10-17. Participants will first read the voluntary consent form and if they agree to participate in the study, they will then be evaluated by a physiotherapist. First, the demographic information of the participants will be questioned and then the evaluation will be done in a single session. Participants will be randomly divided into two groups. These will be the control group and the exercise group. Both groups will perform the determined exercises for 8 weeks in a private clinic with a physiotherapist. Only scales, forms and surveys with Turkish reliability and validity studies will be used in the evaluation methods. The surveys will be uploaded to the digital environment and filled in with the physiotherapist according to the participant's answers.
