Sample size: 18 patients.\n\nTREATMENT: All patients will receive their standard treatment + 40 sessions of rectal insufflation:\n\n1. Ozone-Group (n = 9): O3/O2 concentration progressively increased from 10 to 30 µg/ml.\n2.
