The completion of this study will provide real-world data support for the clinical application of micro tumor (PTC) in vitro 3D drug sensitivity detection technology, and provide more valuable reference basis for realizing the individualization and accuracy of colorectal cancer treatment and improving the clinical benefit rate.', 'detailedDescription': 'The study is a multi agency prospective cohort study in China. The subjects were patients aged 18 \\~ 75 years with colorectal cancer diagnosed by histopathology or cytology. They must be colorectal cancer patients who have at least one assessable tumor focus, need adjuvant therapy after radical surgery, and have not received neoadjuvant therapy, ECoG physical condition score ≤ 2 points. And they must be voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent.\n\nThe patients were randomly divided into PTC drug sensitivity test group and control group. The PTC drug sensitivity test group selected the adjuvant chemotherapy scheme according to the 3D drug sensitivity test results of micro tumor (PTC) in vitro. The control group made adjuvant chemotherapy strategy according to clinical experience. All exon (WES) data collection was used to predict postoperative survival in both groups.\n\nThe primary endpoint was the non inferiority test, and the 3-year disease-free survival rate was T-C \\>- Δ'}, 'eligibilityModule': {'sex': 'ALL', 'stdAges': ['ADULT', 'OLDER_ADULT'], 'maximumAge': '75 Years', 'minimumAge': '18 Years', 'healthyVolunteers': False, 'eligibilityCriteria': 'Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age 18 \\~ 75 years old, regardless of gender\n* Patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed by histopathology or cytology\n* Colorectal cancer patients who need adjuvant therapy after radical surgery and have not received neoadjuvant therapy\n* Having at least one assessable tumor focus\n* ECoG physical condition score ≤ 2 points\n* Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients diagnosed with metastasis\n* Patients who cannot obtain tumor samples\n* Pregnant and lactating women\n* Patients with poor compliance\n* Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications who cannot receive adjuvant treatment\n* Patients with other malignant tumors\n* Suffering from serious mental and nervous system diseases\n* The researchers believe that patients should not be selected for this study'}, 'identificationModule': {'nctId': 'NCT05424692', 'briefTitle': 'Drug Sensitivity Detection of Micro Tumor (PTC) to Guide Postoperative Adjuvant Treatment Strategy of Colorectal Cancer', 'organization': {'class': 'OTHER', 'fullName': 'Peking Union Medical College Hospital'}, 'officialTitle': 'Vitro 3D Drug Sensitivity Detection of Micro Tumor (PTC) Combined with Tumor Whole Exon (WES) Sequencing Technology to Guide Postoperative Adjuvant Treatment Strategy and Prognosis of Colorectal Cancer', 'orgStudyIdInfo': {'id': 'PekingUMCHPTC'}}, 'armsInterventionsModule': {'armGroups': [{'type': 'EXPERIMENTAL', 'label': 'PTC test group', 'description': 'The adjuvant chemotherapy scheme was selected according to the 3D drug sensitivity test results of micro tumor (PTC) in vitro', 'interventionNames': ['Drug: 5-fluorouracil + formyltetrahydrofolate/Oxaliplatin + 5-fluorouracil + formyltetrahydrofolate/Irinotecan + 5-fluorouracil + formyltetrahydrofolate/Cetuximab + 5-fluorouracil + formyltetrahydrofolate']}, {'type': 'NO_INTERVENTION', 'label': 'control group', 'description': 'Making adjuvant chemotherapy strategy based on clinical experience'}], 'interventions': [{'name': '5-fluorouracil + formyltetrahydrofolate/Oxaliplatin + 5-fluorouracil + formyltetrahydrofolate/Irinotecan + 5-fluorouracil + formyltetrahydrofolate/Cetuximab + 5-fluorouracil + formyltetrahydrofolate', 'type': 'DRUG', 'otherNames': ['PTC drug sensitivity results'], 'description': 'Choose chemotherapeutic drugs(5-fluorouracil + formyltetrahydrofolate/Oxaliplatin + 5-fluorouracil + formyltetrahydrofolate/Irinotecan + 5-fluorouracil + formyltetrahydrofolate/Cetuximab + 5-fluorouracil + formyltetrahydrofolate) based on PTC drug sensitivity results.', 'armGroupLabels': ['PTC test group']}]}, 'contactsLocationsModule': {'locations': [{'zip': '100730', 'city': 'Beijing', 'state': 'Beijing Municipality', 'status': 'RECRUITING', 'country': 'China', 'contacts': [{'name': 'Guole Lin', 'role': 'CONTACT', 'email': 'linguole@126.com', 'phone': '13801081483'}, {'name': 'Jiaolin Zhou', 'role': 'CONTACT', 'email': 'conniezhjl@yahoo.com', 'phone': '13910136704'}], 'facility': 'Peking Union Medical College Hospital', 'geoPoint': {'lat': 39.9075, 'lon': 116.39723}}], 'centralContacts': [{'name': 'Guole Lin', 'role': 'CONTACT', 'email': 'linguole@126.com', 'phone': '13801081483'}], 'overallOfficials': [{'name': 'Guole Lin', 'role': 'STUDY_CHAIR', 'affiliation': 'Peking Union Medical College Hospital'}, {'name': 'Jiaolin Zhou', 'role': 'STUDY_DIRECTOR', 'affiliation': 'Peking Union Medical College Hospital'}]}, 'ipdSharingStatementModule': {'ipdSharing': 'NO'}, 'sponsorCollaboratorsModule': {'leadSponsor': {'name': 'Peking Union Medical College Hospital', 'class': 'OTHER'}, 'responsibleParty': {'type': 'SPONSOR'}}}}
