nivolumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage IIIB-IV non-small cell lung cancer that has come back or spread to other places in the body. Monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as plinabulin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving nivolumab and plinabulin together may work better at treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer.', 'detailedDescription': 'PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:\n\nI.
