Of them, 74 patients will be randomized in the group undergoing with the isoperistaltic anastomosis in the Roux-en-Y reconstruction procedure. Meanwhile, the other 74 cases will be randomized in the group undergoing with the antiperistaltic anastomosis in the Roux-en-Y reconstruction procedure.
