These patients were treated with percutaneous anterograde intramedullary nailing using dynamic distal locking between January 2008 and June 2018. The population includes both men and women, with a mean age of approximately 53 years. Only patients with fractures classified as type A, B, or C according to the AO/OTA classification and who were available for follow-up evaluation were included.
