This increases plasma free hemoglobin, F2-isoprostane, and isofuran concentration. Cell free hemoglobin have been reported to be associated with poor prognosis such as acute kidney injury, myocardial infarction, and death.\n\nAcetaminophen is reported to attenuate hemeprotein mediated lipid peroxidation.
