Method and patients: SLN excision will be performed on 100 patients treated for infiltrative breast cancer. After preoperative methylene blue dye injection and lymphoscintigraphy, individual localization of the radioactive and stained nodes will be performed. After the surgery, SLN will be submitted to serial analysis and immunohistochemistry. A comparison of the two methods and an economical evaluation of the complete procedure will be performed.'}, 'eligibilityModule': {'sex': 'FEMALE', 'stdAges': ['ADULT', 'OLDER_ADULT'], 'minimumAge': '18 Years', 'healthyVolunteers': False, 'eligibilityCriteria': 'Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* patients with infiltrative breast cancer (diagnosed pre-operatively by core biopsy)\n* approval and informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* chemotherapy\n* locoregional radiotherapy\n* prevalent axillary lymph node'}, 'identificationModule': {'nctId': 'NCT00314405', 'briefTitle': 'Identification of Sentinel Lymph Nodes With Methylene Blue and Isotope', 'organization': {'class': 'OTHER', 'fullName': 'University Hospital, Strasbourg, France'}, 'officialTitle': 'Identification of Sentinel Lymph Node (SLN) in Breast Cancer Care: Clinical and Economical Evaluation of a Double Method Using Isotope and Methylene Blue Dye Injection.', 'orgStudyIdInfo': {'id': '3157'}}, 'armsInterventionsModule': {'interventions': [{'name': 'Methylene blue (1%)', 'type': 'DRUG'}, {'name': 'Rhenium sulfure', 'type': 'DRUG'}, {'name': 'Surgical procedure', 'type': 'PROCEDURE'}, {'name': 'Anatomo-pathologic procedure', 'type': 'PROCEDURE'}]}, 'contactsLocationsModule': {'locations': [{'zip': '67091', 'city': 'Strasbourg', 'country': 'France', 'facility': 'Service de Gynécologie-Obstétrique, Hôpital Civil', 'geoPoint': {'lat': 48.58392, 'lon': 7.74553}}], 'overallOfficials': [{'name': 'Jean-Pierre Bellocq, MD', 'role': 'STUDY_DIRECTOR', 'affiliation': 'Hôpitaux Universitaires de Strasbourg'}]}, 'sponsorCollaboratorsModule': {'leadSponsor': {'name': 'University Hospital, Strasbourg, France', 'class': 'OTHER'}, 'responsibleParty': {'type': 'SPONSOR'}}}}
