Men have a huge propensity for developing central fat and women accumulate more subcutaneous fat tissue on the gluteal-femoral region. Some authors suggest that the accumulation of fat tissue increases with age.\n\nSeveral studies have concluded that there is a relationship between the abdominal fat storage and the degree of lumbar curvature.\n\nIn addition, some authors also suggest that there is a relationship between the degree of lumbar lordosis and cellulite, which is related to circulatory changes.\n\nHowever these relationships are not yet clarified in the literature.'}, 'eligibilityModule': {'sex': 'ALL', 'stdAges': ['ADULT'], 'maximumAge': '60 Years', 'minimumAge': '18 Years', 'samplingMethod': 'PROBABILITY_SAMPLE', 'studyPopulation': 'All the comunity of the School of Allied Health Technologies', 'healthyVolunteers': True, 'eligibilityCriteria': 'Inclusion Criteria: All the community of the School of Allied Health Technologies; aged between 18-60\n\nExclusion Criteria: Pathologies (cardiovascular, metabolic, cancer, respiratory, muscular); pregnancy; abdominoplasty; collum and gluteal surgeries; deregulated menstrual cycle ; anatomical changes; anticelulitic treatments'}, 'identificationModule': {'nctId': 'NCT02903459', 'briefTitle': 'Analyze the Relationship Between the Density of Fat Tissue and Cellulite With the Lumbar Lordosis Degree', 'organization': {'class': 'OTHER', 'fullName': 'Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde do Porto'}, 'officialTitle': 'Analyze the Relationship Between the Density of Abdominal Visceral and Subcutaneous Fat and Cellulite With the Lumbar', 'orgStudyIdInfo': {'id': 'AN-005'}, 'secondaryIdInfos': [{'id': 'AR', 'type': 'OTHER', 'domain': 'Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde do Porto'}, {'id': 'MS', 'type': 'OTHER', 'domain': 'Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde do Porto'}, {'id': 'MC', 'type': 'OTHER', 'domain': 'Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde do Porto'}]}, 'armsInterventionsModule': {'armGroups': [{'label': 'Males', 'description': 'Evaluation of body mass index, determination of waist-to-hip ration and waist-to-height ration, using perimetry; evaluation of 7 skinfold according to the model 7-site-skinfold Equation, by Jackson and Pollock, and photogrammetry (to evaluate the lumbar lordosis degree) in males aged between 18 and 26.', 'interventionNames': ['Other: Transversal Study so there is no intervention']}, {'label': 'Young Adults', 'description': 'Evaluation of abdominal thickness, percentage of abdominal fat and photogrammetry (to evaluate the lumbar lordosis degree) in young adults females aged between 18-26.', 'interventionNames': ['Other: Transversal Study so there is no intervention']}, {'label': 'Adults', 'description': 'Evaluation of abdominal thickness, percentage of abdominal fat and photogrammetry (to evaluate the lumbar lordosis degree) in adult females aged between 40-60.', 'interventionNames': ['Other: Transversal Study so there is no intervention']}, {'label': 'Females', 'description': 'Evaluation of body mass index, determination of waist-to-hip ration and waist-to-height ration using perimetry, evaluation of 7 skinfold according to the model 7-site-skinfold Equation, by Jackson and Pollock, and photogrammetry (to evaluate the lumbar lordosis degree) in females aged between 18 and 26.', 'interventionNames': ['Other: Transversal Study so there is no intervention']}], 'interventions': [{'name': 'Transversal Study so there is no intervention', 'type': 'OTHER', 'armGroupLabels': ['Adults', 'Females', 'Males', 'Young Adults']}]}, 'contactsLocationsModule': {'locations': [{'zip': '4400-303', 'city': 'Vila Nova de Gaia', 'state': 'Porto District', 'country': 'Portugal', 'facility': 'Andreia Noites', 'geoPoint': {'lat': 41.12401, 'lon': -8.61241}}], 'overallOfficials': [{'name': 'Andreia Noites, PhD', 'role': 'PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR', 'affiliation': 'Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde do Porto'}]}, 'ipdSharingStatementModule': {'ipdSharing': 'UNDECIDED'}, 'sponsorCollaboratorsModule': {'leadSponsor': {'name': 'Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde do Porto', 'class': 'OTHER'}, 'responsibleParty': {'type': 'PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR', 'investigatorTitle': 'Professor', 'investigatorFullName': 'Andreia Noites', 'investigatorAffiliation': 'Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde do Porto'}}}}
