Anatomical landmarks and tactical sense will be followed only.\n\nThe operation will be done under local anesthesia ( Auriculotemporal nerve block ) the skin overlying the temporomandibular joint will be scrubbed by an antiseptic solution and the area will be isolated with sterile towels.
