Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the effects of an eight-week high-intensity interval training program on agility, frequency speeds of kick, vertical jump, and standing long jump performances in young taekwondo. The main question it aims to answer is: Our main hypothesis is that the 8 week high-intensity interval training program improve agility, frequency speeds of kick, vertical jump, and standing long jump performances of young taekwondo Researchers will compare the experimental group and control group to see if the training program improve the agility, frequency speeds of kick, vertical jump, and standing long jump performances.

Participants will perform the 8 week hight inntesity interval training.
