Brief Summary: Although the anti-CD19 CAR-T cell therapies have gained significant results in patients with relapsed and refractory B-cell hematologic malignancies. There are few effective treatments for MM(multiple myeloma). BCMA (B cell maturation antigen) is a promising target for malignant plasma cells. Therefore, we designed a clinical trial using anti-BCMA CAR-T cell therapy for patients with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma.
