Brief Summary:
The primary objective of this research is to develop a CGM-based mathematical model to predict the development of diabetes in individuals with cystic fibrosis The model will also differentiate between those with cystic fibrosis who do not have diabetes those with prediabetes and those with diabetes using retrospective data For the prospective cohort study procedures will include data collection from medical records or self-reports the use of CGM devices for up to 10 days and an IV insertion with blood collection for an oral glucose tolerance test OGTT and HbA1c measurement
