In this study we investigated the effects of exercise on total antioxidant level TAS total oxidant level TOS Malondialdehyde MDA and Superoxide Dismutase SOD which are markers of oxidative stress irisin fibronectin type III-protein 5 FNDC5 which are known to be associated with exercise in T2DM To investigate the relationship between AMPK which is related to irisin and leptin levels which regulates glucose-fatty acid metabolism and physical activity level sleep quality and diastolic and systolic blood pressure of patients
