Detailed Description: Patients with traumatic spinal cord injury were divided into acupuncture treatment rehabilitation group and conventional rehabilitation treatment group with 42 people in each group All patients were treated with conventional rehabilitation training On this basis the acupuncture treatment and rehabilitation group was given acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and the acupuncture measures were mainly on the Dumai point At the time of enrollment before treatment during treatment after treatment and 3 months of follow-up 3 months after the end of treatment the main efficacy indicators were collected spinal cord injury ASIA classification motor function score light touch function score acupuncture sensory function score improved Barthel daily activity index and complications
