Brief Summary: The purpose of this research is to see the effect of triplet therapy with atezolizumab, bevacizumab, and memantine in treatment of your hepatocellular carcinoma.
Detailed Description: The goal of this study is to investigate the impact of targeting the NMDA receptor pathway, by enrolling patients with hepatocellular carcinoma undergoing systemic therapy. The study will involve adding memantine to the standard treatment of atezolizumab and bevacizumab, administered in 21-day cycles over six months. Patients will complete quality of life surveys at each cycle to assess their well-being and cancer-related symptoms.
