The investigators hypothesize that the endocrine suppression of ghrelin appetite hormoneand resistin insulin antagonist provided by sleeve gastrectomy and omentectomy omentum or intra-abdominal fat removal will provide clinical and metabolic benefits for morbidly obese patients
