Detailed Description: Point-of-Care Multiplex PCR Testing could narrow down the pathogens causing severe community-acquired pneumonia(CAP). Our hypothesis is that the result of Point-of-Care Multiplex PCR Testing could help primary physician to reduce antibiotics use.
