Detailed Description: 300 eligible cases of dry CSOM will under go Composite Cartilage Perichondrium Graft tympanoplasty. Air Bone Gap Closure will be taken as successful outcome. The procedure will employ endoscopic technique without posterior meatal flap elevation.
