Brief Summary: This study aims to compare efficacy of sedation between Dexmedetomidine-Propofol and Ketamine-Propofol combinations in the upper or lower gastrointestinal system endoscopy. We compare between 2 combinations as regard hemodynamic stability, post operative side effects as occurrence of delirium, nausea, vomiting, headache, hallucination or agitation.
