Description: Deidentified individual participant data that underlie the study results, along with a data dictionary, will be made available upon reasonable request. Requests should be directed to the principal investigator for review. Data will be shared with researchers who provide a methodologically sound proposal for use in achieving the aims of the approved proposal. The study team will review requests with the IRB and other relevant data management collaborators at Lurie Children's to obtain institutional approvals and guarantee legal and ethical research and HIPAA compliance. To gain access, data requestors will need to sign a data access and use agreement.
