Pre Assignment Details: This study enrolled participants with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HeFH) who had completed the parent study 20120123 (NCT02392559) without experiencing a treatment-related serious adverse event, and children 10 to 17 years of age with a diagnosis of homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH).
