Pre Assignment Details:
Part 1 consisted of 8 subjects, randomized in a 6:2 ratio to QCC374 or placebo. The planned bid dose levels in Part 1 were 0.03 mg, 0.06 mg and 0.12 mg. Subjects began dosing at 0.03 mg bid.
