Pre Assignment Details:
* Principal Investigator decided not to escalate to Schedule B dosing in the interest of generating additional safety data
* Maintenance Phase patients are patients who were enrolled \& treated in Phase I Schedule A or Phase II but met certain criteria to receive maintenance selinexor. Their data will only be included in adverse event results.
