Pre Assignment Details: The primary study was a case-control study evaluating the effectiveness of tetanus toxoid, reduced diphtheria toxoid, and acellular pertussis (Tdap) vaccines (Boostrix and Adacel) administered during pregnancy in preventing pertussis in infants.
