Pre Assignment Details:
25 total subjects were enrolled in the study. After all fasted cohorts completed (i.e., 300 mg/m\^2, 600 mg/m\^2, 900 mg/m\^2 as well as placebo) data was reviewed by the independent Safety Review Committee. The recommendation was to bring back the 600 mg/m\^2 group to complete the fed cohort were only 4 out of the 6 subjects were available.
Overall 25 subjects were enrolled, but there were 4 subjects (3 subjects on ISLA101 and 1 subject on placebo) that also participated in the fed cohort.
