49 participants were enrolled on this study. 4 participants were screen failures and were not assigned to any treatment groups. Data is shown for 45/49 participants. 13 participants were assigned to Ph II Arm A Docetaxel \& Prednisone but only 12 started treatment; one participant declined to start treatment.
