Pre Assignment Details: Of the 553 participants randomly assigned in a 2:1 ratio to either Group 1: participants switched from baseline ART to doravirine (DOR)/islatravir (ISL) on Day 1 to Week 144; or Group 2: participants continued baseline ART until Week 48 then switch to DOR/ISL from Week 48 to Week 144, 551 participants received treatment.
Recruitment Details: Adults living with human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) receiving baseline antiretroviral therapy (ART) were enrolled.
