Recruitment Details:
Due to protocol amendment in September 2011,any newly enrolled participants were placed into cetuximab and cisplatin(C) arm only.After protocol amendment February 2014, any newly enrolled participants will be placed into cetuximab(cet) and cisplatin(D) arm only.
