Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: Cohort A-10 (Weight Tiered Roxadustat 70-120-200 mg)
Description: Normoresponsive participants (with baseline epoetin alfa dosage 25-115 IU/kg/dose at study entry) received tiered, weight-based initial doses of roxadustat (approximately 1.5 mg/kg/dose TIW). Low weight (40 to 60 kg), medium weight (\>60 to 90 kg), and heavy weight (\>90 to 140 kg) participants received roxadustat 70 mg, 120 mg, and 200 mg, respectively, administered as oral capsules for 19 weeks. Dose adjustment to achieve correction and subsequent maintenance of target Hb values (11.0-13.0 g/dL) was based upon regular monitoring of Hb.
