Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: Transrectal
Description: Patients will receive a transrectal MRI-guided prostate biopsy. Transrectal MRI-guided prostate biopsy: Transrectal prostate biopsy is currently the most popular approach to evaluate a positive screening test for prostate cancer. Antibiotic (prophylaxis): For men undergoing transrectal biopsy, antibiotic prophylaxis will be administered in accordance with guidelines from the American Urological Association (AUA). No antibiotic prophylaxis will be administered for men undergoing transperineal biopsy.
