Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: Open Follow Up Group
Description: The patients were newly diagnosed with psychosis and this is their first exposure to an antipsychotic. Olanzapine: 16-week open trial of olanzapine. The patients were started on a dose of 15 mg/d by mouth, which could be adjusted to as low as 10 mg/d or as high as 40 mg/d, based on clinical response. The trial began while they were hospitalized and continued after discharge.
