Event Group

Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Event Group path is as follows:

Title: Buzzy
Description: Vibrating device with cold pack held to arm with tourniquet proximal to venipuncture site, optional distraction cards. Buzzy: "Buzzy" is a vibrating cold pack attached with Velcro strap or tourniquet 5-10cm proximal to the site of venipuncture. The vibration is activated and the device remains in place throughout the procedure. The distraction cards are offered to the parents to show the children, with questions on the back and pictures on the front.
