Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Description: Patients with complex genomic sarcomas exhibiting PI3K pathway dysregulation will be treated with TAK-228 TAK-228: TAK-228 is a novel, highly selective, orally bioavailable adenosine 5' triphosphate (ATP)-competitive inhibitor of the serine/threonine kinase referred to as the mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR). TAK-228 (formerly INK128) targets 2 distinct mTOR complexes, mTOR complex 1 (mTORC1) and mTOR complex 2 (mTORC2).
