Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: Treatment (Autologous CD8 T Cells)
Description: Beginning 4 weeks after completion of last course of consolidation chemotherapy, patients receive autologous WT1-TCRc4 gene-transduced CD8+ TCM/TN lymphocytes IV over 1-4 hours on day 0 and again after a minimum of 3 weeks. Beginning 6 hours after the second infusion of T cells, patients also receive aldesleukin SC BID for 14 days in the absence of disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Patients who have clinically benefitted from T cell therapy may receive additional infusions of T cells and aldesleukin at the discretion of the PI and the attending physician.
