Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: Recurrent High-Grade Gliomas
Description: Participants with recurrent or progressive high-grade gliomas receive 120 mg/m\^2 of O6-Benzylguanine administered as a one-hour intravenous infusion, daily for 5 days. Temozolomide, 75 mg/m\^2 is administered orally, 30 minutes following the completion of each infusion of O6-Benzylguanine. Four consecutive weeks will constitute one course, and courses will be repeated every 4 weeks.
