Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: Sirolimus
Description: Patients received two applications of anti-CD52 MabCampath (Alemtuzumab), a single dose of anti-TNF-α Remicade (Infliximab) monoclonal antibodies in the early posttransplant period. First 14 days patients received tacrolimus monotherapy, at post-operative day (POD) 14, they were randomized to sirolimus monotherapy. MabCampath,: Primary deceased donor kidney transplant recipients received 2x20 mg Alemtuzumab (day 0/day 1) followed by 5 mg/kg Infliximab (day 2). For 14 days all patients received only tacrolimus, then they were randomized to sirolimus monotherapy.
