Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: Group E
Description: Transplant-naïve high risk multiple myeloma with at least stable disease after most recent line of therapy. High risk myeloma is defined as those carrying 1q amplifications, 1p deletions, 13q deletions by conventional cytogenetics, p53 deletions, high-risk GEP 70 scores, t(4;14), t(14;16) and t(14;20), hypodiploidy. This cohort has been discontinued due to updated risks provided by the FDA. These patients will be followed for safety and correlative studies only.
