Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: Arm 2: Everolimus and Temozolomide
Description: If the tumor is 1p/19q intact, then patients will be further selected by whether or not their tumor demonstrates activation of the PI3K/mTOR pathway. If activation is not present, patients will be treated with combined everolimus and temozolomide (TMZ). Everolimus will be given at 10 mg daily continuously for up to 24 cycles, and Temozolomide will be dosed initially at 150 mg/m\^2 per day for 5 days out of a 28-day cycle for up to 12 cycles.
